Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Bookings: * Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in: Full refund. * Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of booking amount.* Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows: No refund.
- Group/Corporate Bookings: May follow a separate cancellation policy, as communicated at the time of reservation.
- Peak Season & Festive Periods: Cancellations during holidays or high-demand seasons may be non-refundable. Guests will be notified during booking.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of delays from payment gateways or banks, Rajmahal Group of Hotels will provide booking proof and initiate follow-ups if required.
- Advance deposits for special packages, promotional offers, or discounted rates are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
- If Rajmahal Group of Hotels cancels a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, overbooking, government restrictions), guests will receive a full refund or a complimentary rebooking option.
Privacy Policy
At Rajmahal Group of Hotels, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.- Information We Collect: * Name, contact details, ID proof, and payment information during booking/check-in. * Preferences such as room type, dining choices, and special requests.
- How We Use Your Information: * To confirm and manage your bookings. * To provide personalized hospitality services. * For internal record-keeping, billing, and legal compliance. * For occasional promotional emails or offers (you may opt out anytime).

Welcome to Rajmahal Group of Hotels. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in Check-out Time: 24 Hours
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in (passport, driver’s license, Aadhaar, etc.).
Reservations & Payments
- A valid credit/debit card or advance payment is required to secure reservations.
- Hotel Rajmahal reserves the right to pre-authorize cards prior to arrival.
- Balance payments (room, dining, services) must be settled at check-out.
- All rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy (linked separately).
- Non-refundable bookings, promotional offers, and festive season packages are not eligible for refunds.
Children & Extra Beds
- Children under 10 years stay free when using existing bedding.
- Extra beds are available on request (subject to availability and additional charges). Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times within hotel premises.
Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain peaceful behavior and respect other guests and staff.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated smoke-free areas.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests in cases of inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies, without refund.
Liability & Damages
- Guests are liable for any damage, theft, or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left in rooms or public areas. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes.
- Hotel Rajmahal is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, etc.).
Events & Banquets
- Event bookings (weddings, conferences, banquets) require a separate contract outlining terms, deposits, and cancellation policies.
- Outside catering and alcohol may not be permitted unless approved in writing.
